Pam Ricker - Owner
Pam has been in public accounting since 1980. She obtained her CPA certification in 1992. She has always worked with firms specializing in small business accounting and income taxes. From 1996 through 2001 she had the position of corporate controller for a group of rental stores. The time spent as a controller is valuable to assisting our clients as she was responsible for acquiring all financing, insurance and handling all human resource functions in addition to the accounting needs. She has been with Ricker and Associates, Ltd. (formerly Hodroff Ricker, Ltd.) since 2001.
Trevor Smith - Staff Accountant
Trevor Smith has been with Ricker & Associates, Ltd. since 2007. He obtained his A.A.S in Accounting and Tax Specialist from the Minnesota School of Business in 2008. Trevor is our data entry, corporate and individual tax preparer. With plans for future schooling and becoming a CPA, Trevor is very excited about working for Ricker & Associates, Ltd.
Amy Kellerhuis
Amy Kellerhuis has been with Ricker & Associates, Ltd. since 2005. She obtained her A.A.S in Accounting from Minnesota State Community and Technical College - Wadena. Amy does data entry and individual tax preparation. With plans to get her registered accounting practitioner certificate she has long term goals in working for Ricker & Associates, Ltd.
Dave Ricker
Dave Ricker has worked for Ricker & Associates since 2006. He has a degree in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota and spent many years in government work. While he has many roles with the firm his primary role is in individual income tax preparation.
Carl Wirtanen - Staff Accountant
Carl Wirtanen is our newest staff accountant, he comes to us with many years of business experience. Carl received his Bachelors of Science degree in accounting from Minnesota State University Mankato. Carl started his career in accounts receivable and ended with payroll processing, account payable, budget preparation and monthly income statement analysis for the Minneapolis division of a national yellow pages agency billing 30 million annually. Carl also has experience in software support for Lawson Human Resources Enterprise Suite and RSM McGladrey paperless auditing application.
Christy Shore - Business Development Director
Christy Shore is our new Business Development Director. What this means is that through Christy, we now have in-house business planning, training, coaching and mentorship for every phase of business development. With over 20 years of quality management, sales leadership consulting, business coaching, and leadership development, Christy has served in the trenches alongside 87 business owners and their teams! At the level of community leadership, she heads up the Stellar Impact division of the Quantum Common Wealth providing life, leadership and legacy design strategies and connections to valuable resources. Christy serves on the TwinWest Chamber's "Grow Minnesota!" taskforce, and the Entrepreneurial Awards committee.
