Pam Ricker - Owner

Pam has been in public accounting since 1980. She obtained her CPA certification in 1992. She has always worked with firms specializing in small business accounting and income taxes. From 1996 through 2001 she had the position of corporate controller for a group of rental stores. The time spent as a controller is valuable to assisting our clients as she was responsible for acquiring all financing, insurance and handling all human resource functions in addition to the accounting needs. She has been with Ricker and Associates, Ltd. (formerly Hodroff Ricker, Ltd.) since 2001.

Trevor Smith - Staff Accountant

Trevor Smith has his A.A.S in Accounting and Tax Specialist from the Minnesota School of Business and since joining Ricker 7 Associates in 2007, he has provided specialized services for individual and business clients of the firm.

As a Small Business Specialist, Trevor helps businesses track their financials allowing for greater accuracy, and helps business owners make better decisions throughout the year. He works together with business owners on everything from payroll and quarterly filings, to in-depth reconciliations and financial reporting.

Dave Ricker

Dave Ricker has worked for Ricker & Associates since 2006. He has a degree in civil engineering from the University of Minnesota and spent many years in government work. While he has many roles with the firm his primary role is in individual income tax preparation.

MELISSA BECKER – STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT

Melissa Becker has bachelor degrees in International Business and Finance, and a minor in Accounting from Augsburg College in Minneapolis. She came to Ricker & Associates through a partnership with Stellar Impact International, with years of experience in small business operations. Melissa's current objective is to coordinate improvements both to operations within the firm and to external sales and revenue drivers.

Christy Morrell-Stinson - Business Development Director

Christy Morrell-Stinson served as our Business Development Director and in-house Business Coach for several years. Christy now provides collaborative leadership design and training, while continuing to offer business planning, training, coaching and mentorship, through her well-developed team of strategic partners.

With over 22 years of quality management, sales leadership consulting, business coaching, and leadership development, Christy has served in the trenches alongside 120 business owners and their teams.

Her mission, stated simply, is to eliminate small thinking, and help people find the pathway to their next destination - whether that is turning around their sales department, launching a new product, stepping into full time charity work, or transforming an entire community!
