Ricker and Associates, Ltd. has dedicated itself to being a resource to small and medium size business and individuals in need of accounting and tax services in an honest and reliable manner while adhering to a high level of ethics and integrity in ourselves and our work. The experienced staff provides a high level of competent quality services with a proactive approach to help the business owner with their business, including essential planning for year end taxes.
The firm was established by Jeff Hodroff nearly 30 years ago. Under Jeff’s guidance it grew to include four additional full time professional staff, one office administrator and two part time seasonal employees. The staff currently provides accounting services for 200 businesses and 550 individual clients. Pam Ricker joined the firm in 2001. In 2004 she became firm manager and in 2006 a partner in the firm. Pam become sole owner of the firm in 2007 when Jeff Hodroff retired.
